Your dedicated Bloom customer success manager will help you monitor team performance and serve as an exclusive point of contact.
You don’t — you pay Bloom just like any other service provider in the US and we take care of all the behind-the-scenes work (sourcing, contracts, hiring, payroll, etc).
You do. You'll follow your normal interview process and have complete control over which candidates you want to join your team.
We recommend starting with at least five team members and there’s no limit to how many people you can add to your teams.
Candidates can start working 1-2 weeks after you've held interviews and chosen the team members who will be joining your team.
Most of our candidates have attended an accredited US university online and/or have worked alongside Americans for years, which means they have high English levels. We conduct language assessments and live interviews with all candidates prior to you meeting with them
Most team members have a personal computer and verified internet speeds. Depending on your business preferences and needs, we can provide new, work-only equipment (laptop, monitor, headset, etc) to the team members and invoice you for the equipment costs.
Immediately after the hiring process is complete, you’ll be assigned a dedicated customer success manager whose primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing support and share best practices for both you and the team members.
If a team member isn't the right fit, we'll backfill the position based on your feedback. Remember, you'll be the one deciding who joins your team based on candidate interviews you hold, which leads to lower attrition rates.
We have a standard Master Services Agreement contract that is pay as you go and doesn't include any setup fees or annual commitments.
